Summary

A young boy with many dreams and an old man with nothing left are brought together to build a relationship with beautiful northern Michigan as the backdrop to their lives. Tragedy in both their lives is overcome by their love for each other and their love of nature.

Even though there was not much time to spend together, they taught each other the importance of living each day to the fullest while respecting everything and everyone.
