Summary

Fourteen year-old John Taylor, reluctant athlete, waits impatiently for the end of football season as he plans to end his sports career, despite the objections of his over-bearing father.

Those plans fall apart as the seasons change and he soon finds himself embroiled in a paranormal mystery from the past which threatens his sanity and may cost him his life.
