A beautiful young photographer, Paris Cassidis, searches for her true identity, tries to resolve her conflicting allegiances to East and West, and, after falling in love with two very different men, struggles to understand her heart's true desire.

Paris moves from one adventure to another in St. Moritz, the Taj Mahal, Kashmir and the Himalayas. Haunted by childhood memories of abandonment and terror, and tortured by what she cannot remember, she follows clues to her identity which ultimately lead to the discovery of the extraordinary legacy that her family left behind.
