Upon dating several women, Julius has decided to write this book and introduce strategies and methods that can be used to make a relationship flourish. After being with a woman for more than a decade and never fully committing, he finally figured out why he did not commit to her.

In his book, he mentions several reasons why he and other men such as himself don’t want to fully commit. Before changing his ways, Julius dated hundreds of women and upon dating them, he discovered what they want. These women have been either single or married.
