My Book

My Book does answer the questions on the cover about how to understand the mystery of suffering, how to feel joy while suffering, and how to make a difference wherever, forever.

My Spiritual director told me to write a journal. That journal has become, over several years, this book.

In this book, I spread my life out to you and the world and say things about myself that I have not told even my best friends. My friend of forty-three years does not know some of what is in here.
