Introduction to Quantum Information and Science

This book provides a concise introduction to quantum information and quantum science. The author discusses in language accessible to a broad audience, the why and how, as well as implementation technologies. The discussion includes coverage of general computing (e.g., Turing ideas) for comparison, and ideas like entropy and minimum dissipation. Topics such as quantum communications and quantum sensing enhance the discussion of quantum computing.
