An appreciation for the one who consistently answers the questions: Whats for dinner? What should I wear? Can I go to a sleepover? Have you seen my keys? Where are my socks? Where are the kids' immunization records? I don't feel well; what should I do? And many such questions that come up in the house every day!

The one who arrives early at work to deal with the boss or employees, sneaks out at break to check on the babysitter, swings by the grocery on the way home, drops her bag and goes straight to the kitchen to make dinner, spends all Saturday supporting the kid's soccer game.
