About the Book

This book highlights the collection of research papers presented at the 6th Yogyakarta International Seminar on Health, Physical Education, and Sports Science (YISHPESS) 2024, an annual conference dedicated to address current issues and challenges in health, physical education, and sports sciences. YISHPESS 2024 facilitates academic discourse for discussing these current issues. YISHPESS is organized by Faculty of Sports Sciences of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.
