These series of poems depict such a journey for me with a younger woman making me feel younger again with every hope and aspiration I'd imagine now for then.

The Harsh Reality

During the same time there was its harsh reality with all its problems you might dare face, wanting to overcome more than any time in your life.

Emotions and Faith

It was joyous, ecstatic, inspiring, yet frustrating, depressing, and even a sense of utter hopelessness. Throughout I'd cling to the faith that I wanted to be so integral to the whole dynamic; speaking often of its importance.

Impact on Us

Neither of us, no matter where we really were in all this, can remain unaffected.
