Synopsis

A rare, fatal, incurable disease changes a young couples life in a heartbreaking way, and with the help of advancements in medical research, supportive family, and friends, they find the courage to face their daughters death and rebuild their little family. Years later, that young mother, now a grandmother, retells the story for her young grandchildren.
