Money and Its Significance

Money is critical and important for survival. The Scriptures say, 'money is a defence.' (Ecclesiastes 7:12). Money therefore is a powerful instrument. It is either you control money or money controls you. Money does not control you directly. It controls you through the things it can do for you.

Due to the ability that money has to control, it therefore follows that if you don't make a conscious decision to submit money to God, it will usurp God out of your life and take the place of God.
