This is Margaret Higgins Sanger's 1922 work, "The Pivot of Civilization". Margaret Higgins Sanger (1879 - 1966) was an American sex educator, activist, nurse, and writer. She is responsible for popularising the term "birth control", as well as opening the first birth control clinic in America. She also established the organization that would one day become the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
