What inspired and motivated me to write this sort of book?

Journalism is all great, but a book is what takes it off the self, read, and learn from. Its about the pain and secrets that others need to know and what it means to be abused and that no one deserves this. Its time that I claim back my life and do what I was born to do and to stop being the narcissists puppet. This is my way to fight off all pain and live life to the fullest.

As you go through each chapter, you'll learn what traits a narcissist enjoys using on me and why they do such things. Do you sometimes feel something is just not right while in a relationship with someone? And why do you always feel depressed? As you read on, the realization will surface, then you'll be able to answer all the whys that you keep asking yourself. Do you always ask yourself, What did I do wrong? Am I not good enough? Read carefully each word, and it will help you to become more aware and how to take notice of any abuse you may think is happening to you. This can become your life's wake-up call, not your midlife crisis.
