Boy Enters the Service

Boy enters the service in 1942 - right out of high school. Leaves the girl he intends to marry. Becomes a prisoner of war and returns home after four years.

Family and Return

Parents have died during this interim. He has vanished from the face of the earth. He starts life anew in his home town.
