Mother Ducks' dream was to have a family. She took the greatest pleasure in caring for them and teaching them. Her children are her whole life.

Her Care and Happiness

She is very particular that her children follow behind her, beak to tail, so that she can ensure their safety to the pond and back. Mother Duck is so happy with her new family!

Growing Up and Saying Goodbye

Very soon Mother Duck realizes that her children are growing up and wanting to expand the horizon she has carefully created for them. With her heart breaking, she says good-bye to her children as one by one they fly off to find their dreams in this great big world.
