Purpose of the Book

This book is intended for all purposes, which includes classroom discussion on poetry and other purposes such as performing poetry, readers own pleasure and so on.

Most of the poems have real story lines in them, which are very emotional and should be read as such.

Literary Techniques and Style

For classroom purposes such as discussions, the writer uses a number of literary terms such as simile, metaphors, irony and in some parts keeps the reader in suspense.

Some of the poems are clear and straightforward whereas others are not straightforward. Some get the interest of the reader going as this keeps the reader in suspense and anxious for what follows next.
