My Journey

"My Journey" was written specifically for breast cancer survivors, however, it can be used for any cancer survivor. The book consists of poems and journal entries to help document the breast cancer journey.

Each poem is followed by a journal entry to document and stimulate thought-provoking topics. There are entries for mental state, diet, appointments, contacts, medication logs, concerns, questions for doctors, pain logs, a hydration log, and more.

These topics are designed to aid in the healing process and motivate and inspire individuals to have an “I have you but you don’t have me” attitude.
