My Vegan Journey

When I made the decision to become a Vegan, there were not many recipes to give a variety of foods to my diet. I love to experiment with new recipe ideas, so I researched different grocery stores to find as many meal ideas as I could. People would ask me how I kept from starving if I did not eat meat. That is what gave me the idea to make this recipe book. I put together my favorite Vegan meals and I hope you enjoy them. Bon Appétit
