In 2007, Thomas Kearney had it all.

He had just become the youngest bank president in US history and was living in the penthouse suite atop the Ritz Carlton on Miracle Mile in Chicago. Thomas loved Chicago, and Chicago loved him. After losing his dream job due to the banking collapse of 2008, Thomas moved back to the Southside and took a job working as a day trader.
