is a motivational and inspirational self-help book for mental and spiritual empowerment. It is premised on the notion that one idea can change one's life forever. This is not a religious book per se, but it does embrace many of the principles that are common to the wisdom and spirit of the Judeo-Christian ethic and other world philosophies.

For better or for worse, more and more people want everything in capsule form, including solutions to problems and ways of coping with personal problems—current or potential—when there is no time nor desire to read a long narrative or see a professional practitioner.

However, Mental Pills That Heal certainly does not intend to take the place of a professional practitioner when needed, but it does give people some very powerful mental pills to work with independently or in conjunction with a professional practitioner.

This book is made up of original quotations, affirmations, skits, and narratives. The dialogues, included in some chapters, are designed to help children and teenagers see through the eyes of mature adults and hopefully generate meaningful discussions.

Each statement in the book is written as a prescription for the mind, body, and soul complex, in much the same manner that a doctor would write a prescription for a physical problem, but with the love and care of many years of service and sharing with people throughout the world.

I believe the time has come when we must acknowledge with greater appreciation the important role that thoughts and ideas play in the mind-body relationship. Being convinced of the power of an idea, in this book, I have prescribed mental pills for those with personal concerns and the need to grow in many areas of their lives.
