Biography of Maria Reiche

Gameros presents us with Reiche's biography, first her childhood and young age in Germany, then her arrival in Cusco, and her being led by destiny to her ever attracting Nasca.

Having seen Maria Reiche sweeping with her own hands the tough desert, all soaked in sweat because of the desert heat, witnessing her inner experiences and studies of the lines and figures, also, at the end of her days, being loved and mourned by every Nasca dweller, and last, buried in Nasca itself in the honors of a distinguished citizen, Gameros is in the position of narrating all the strange stories built on María, being a Nasca man himself.
