About the Poems

Most of the poems were written through a period of my life when I suffered from Agoraphobia (irrational fears) and Panic Attacks, which stopped me from going outside my home.

Whilst writing, I was able to escape from my demons. Although I still have the odd panic attack, I have learnt to manage my fear, have learnt to drive, and am working a full-time job.
