My Life Interrupted

My life was interrupted on March 21, 2009, the day I was hit by a car. Upon impact, I immediately lost consciousness and remained in that state for the next forty eight hours. Completely unaware of the medical treatment that I received in the emergency room, it was as though I had been temporarily taken away from this world.

Those who witnessed this scene would later tell me of the terrible accident. Since my recovery has slowly progressed, I now feel compelled to take the stand so to speak, and tell my story so that everyone including my family may have a greater understanding and knowledge of my situation.
