About the Book

After a lifetime of adventure, award-winning writer Bob Cox tells his own thrilling life story. Travel with him from Santa Monica, to rural Idaho, to a stretch in Japan with the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, before he settles in Southern California.

Enjoy with him a passion for skiing and the joys of writing about the winter sport, mostly in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Experience with him the challenges of teaching elementary and middle school classes, as well as his transition to school administration, capped by a year as Interim Superintendent for a small school district.
