Life can be happy, sad, good, or bad

but when you get right down to it, life is what you make it. We must keep all things decent and in order to be able to prosper. Keep yourself (mind) together, pray to God in the name of Jesus, put God above all others.

If you don't care for yourself, you will be no good to God, your family, or others. Do not love money but do respect it, because just like you won't get far without God, you won't get very far without money.
