is intended to be the type of book that will engage the reader to think, visualize, and react in a manner that inspires compassion, awareness, and understanding for coping with their version of life-changing events.

For me, its writing was therapeutic, in that it enabled me to articulate feelings about circumstances in life that could apply to virtually anyone. Furthermore, it offers a reminder that no one is immune to the trials and tribulations inherent to the dynamic world in which we live.

Our innate ability to examine this dynamic constructively is essential for achieving inner peace. To that end, I hope that this book impacts you, the reader, in some meaningful way.
