Introduction

Ten months ago after dealing with suppressed emotions, I decided I couldn''t do it anymore then made the conscious decision to ask God to reveal what I was running from. I asked for it all and for him not to hold anything back. He did just that, broke me down, shook me up and put me in the face of death a few times.

Healing Through Writing

Instead of self destructing, I used writing to heal and put myself back together. I compiled some poems into the book you''re about to read.
