Introduction

While doing his daily meditations, the Holy Spirit gave the author the title of his book. Let Him That Sleepeth Arise is a phrase that the Apostle Paul employed when writing to the churches in Ephesus. When the author was given the title, he had no idea he’d turn it into a book.

Purpose and Message

The book encourages those of faith to continue walking with the Lord and urges unbelievers to move toward the light. It seeks to answer questions such as: What does it mean to be spiritually asleep? How can we boost our awareness of what is truly important? What can we do to avoid the seducing power of Satan? How can we gain more access to the power of God?

Understanding Spiritual Wakefulness

When you are spiritually awake, it means that your spiritual self has been revived to life through the power and word of life, Jesus Christ. Spiritual sleep makes you care less for the things of God, and it diminishes your faith in Jesus Christ — if you ever had faith.
