About the Book

This book is a collection of poems about and for the people of Ukraine. I am a citizen of the United States of America and have never been to Ukraine. This doesn’t mean that I do not feel their pain and anger, their love for their country, their fortitude and courage.

I admire them and have a deep feeling of compassion for them. The invasion by Russia of their mother land is beyond comprehension. In this day and age why would anyone wish this on an innocent people?
