King of Algonquin Park is the true story of an exceptional and notorious wilderness man and his struggles to survive in the remote, rugged terrain of Algonquin Park in childhood, the Depression, and through the war years.

The story will take you from the arrival of his family in Nouvelle France in the 1600s through the expeditions of his voyageur ancestors and life in his kingdom of Algonquin Park and his principality of Wakami Provincial Park.

There is plenty of wilderness adventure, survival, living off the land, pioneer and folk lore, and great wildlife stories.
