Introduction

This book was written for everyone who desires to be understood. I wrote it because it needed to be said in a simple but straightforward fashion.

I've shared some of my life experiences in this book with the aim of helping those who wish to improve their interactions at home, on the job, in the gym, on the street, in shops, or anywhere people share space with one another, where there is potential for misunderstandings, hurt feelings, misplaced comments, and anything else that causes people to feel uncomfortable.
