In the days before the cell phone, Facebook, i-pads, and mass electronic communication, there was Alexi.

She lived in a suburb called Lockridge, in the USA, and she had a credo: "I don't want to do anything really."

But change crept into Alexi's Autumn of 1982, twisting her existence.
