Purpose of the Book

This book is designed as a tool to help the reader use their time wisely to, first, understand and appreciate the gift of life that they have been given. Second, to help the reader recognize their personal experiences and desires. And third, to help the reader develop a plan for creating a positive attitude through defining and fulfilling their individual purpose.
