Introduction

This book is an invitation for you to learn to Intuitively Lead Yourself. Throughout this book I vulnerably share my journey of self-discovery, learning to accept and love all parts of myself, and how to release limiting beliefs through the healing truth.

This book shares my experiences of struggle, of lessons, of growth, of parts of me that I have uncovered, and EFT Tapping Exercises to help heal these parts in order to allow you to connect with and nurture these parts of you!
