About the Author

Daughter, sister, mother, wife, friendafter working as an educator for fifteen years, Jeanette Davidson used her battle and victory over cancer as fuel to pursue an education and start a new career as a mental health counselor. Little did she know that the path would take her into the heart of grief to work as a bereavement counselor for Hospice. Her full-time work with the organization was cut short, however, when Jeanette once again had to fight for her lifethis time against a stroke. But once again, only as a survivor could, Jeanette gained strength from her trials and triumphantly emerged with this book.
