When Life-Int-Ltd. is infiltrated by aliens, he quits and, together with his former boss Sir Arthur Newcraft, founds the MBF organization based on Saturn's moon Japetus. Joining him are his old colleagues Mark Merlin, Selin Wiegand, and Amanda Lerch. The organization is supposed to monitor and control extraterrestrial activity within the solar system.
