Introduction

We spend a significant amount of our youth going to school to learn academics and to prepare for the world of work, we belief life is what we see happening around us and so we spend most of our adult life trying to improve our outer reality while giving little or no attention to our inner state of being.

Understanding Struggle

This has resulted in the struggle that so many people are experiencing and have come to accept as normal. Struggle is not normal, the struggle we experience in life is a result of our thoughts, struggle is a sign that something is not right in the way of our thinking, this is how the Universe continuously favors.
