Gwen Jarvi's Investigation

Gwen Jarvi, a newly hired detective in the Billings Montana Police Department, has a murder case to solve. A headless corpse is discovered in a dumpster, and the corpse is connected to Gwen's former lover's ranch.

Visiting the Ranch

When she goes to visit the ranch to investigate, she's forced to revisit her ex-boyfriend Paul and a set of mysterious, identical twins.

The Case Develops

While she works to find the murderer, a possibly connected robbery is reported on the news.

Complications

A love triangle with the sheriff and local veterinarian complicates things for Gwen, but nothing will get in the way of solving her case.
