There is a time when worlds must come together for the greater good.

That is the time when a community decides to undertake a project that is bigger than the mandate of any one organization. Such a Comprehensive Community Project (CCP) requires a partnership involving key stakeholders who will direct and govern the CCP.

As such, they must provide direction, monitoring, support and accountability, in order to develop, implement and keep the project on track. They must also champion the project, ensure that it has the resources it needs, and link the project to a wide network with high-level influence.
