About the Book

Nihar and Gargi try to save an old age home, Godhuli Lagna, which is the main character of this novel. An industrialist tries to prevent them from their good will. But they fight back and to some extent win the battle.
Characters and Themes
There develop other characters in the story who suffer from human cruelty and the negligence of society. Dulal is one of them; he is an AIDS patient but is ostracized by his family, though his sister helps him to fight against the thinking of people. Siddharth, who is a doctor, suffers from economic imbalance in his own life. He saves Dulal and Reena from this cruelty. He is also the doctor of Gargi, who has been attacked by Ahluwalia for Godhuli Lagna.
Conclusion
At last, humanity wins. Hope these characters will bring some changes in some of our minds.
