The Year 2031

The year is 2031. Earth is a dying planet. Its mostly a barren wasteland. There is very little water, food, and medical supplies. Any form of government throughout the world had been taking for themselves. With the help of the military, who are fighting for them, the government is allowed to keep what is needed.

Those who go against the government are the savage hunters. They are a threat, for they attack the military and keep for themselves.
