is about revisiting past events in your life. It is about the reasons we do this and what benefits we get out of looking into the past. Why we relive special moments and how it helps us to cope with our future. I use aspects of my own life to do this as an example of using the past for future good. We learn such a lot from past mistakes, never to repeat those mistakes again.
