This is a tailgating cookbook. The idea was to take regional specialties and adapt them so people can cook them in tailgating parking lots or outside in general without breaking the bank on sophisticated equipment.

The book provides details so that people can understand the cultural connection, history, and flavors from a recipe to a particular region in the United States.

The author is not a chef and is self-trained, but is passionate about food, sports, being outside and sharing all of them with family and friends.
