Finding Me

In the aftermath of separation from a long term marriage, the process of working out who you really are, what you want from life, and finding yourself again can be a long, strenuous journey.

Sometimes, this task feels so enormous that its too hard to even consider.

Finding Me was created from Lyns personal journey to try and find happiness again. The creation of Finding Me followed a strong internal urge to record honest feelings and emotions that would otherwise have been suppressed, ignored, or denied. In doing so, a record of a journey taken by one person has been created which, when read, could help others understand that we can return to the person we once were and find direction again.
