Understanding Family Change

It is not very easy to sum up change in any situation, especially in family situations. I think everyone can relate to incidents that have caused many conflicts and challenges in their own family. These conflicts sometimes cause great strains on familial relationships with each other.

There are always going to be disappointments in families; that some family members don't feel they belong with each other and don't necessarily agree with one another. Some members of a family feel they are above their siblings. However, what should always bind family members together is the fact that they share a bloodline and other important similarities that embody their very being. This cannot be discounted.

It is important that families tie up loose ends, though invisible with the naked eye but these ends are still there, mind-wise and in thought. This is an important factor that should bind family together so that they can be a counted part of a unit and not be considered so different, changed and/or separated.

We all know that there is strength in numbers and this also goes for families, who draw strength from each other. Each member of a family must help to complete each and every member of that family so that each one encourages each other in a positive manner during their own generation and for each generation that will come after them.
