Overview

This book shows six cases of rural grassroots cadres and masses exploring the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. These cases show the problems encountered in the work of rural leaders and the ideas to solve contradictions (policy and reality, individual and collective), reveal the importance of organization, governance, and talent building in rural development, and emphasize that promoting rural revitalization must empower the village collective and require the active participation of all sectors of society.
