As a CIA agent, Dr. Matt Dexter was unique.

He was a trained Army Ranger, an expert in close combat and in the use of almost any weapon. He spoke several languages which included the Zulu and Afrikaans of South Africa. He was endowed with more than the usual sexual skills and good looks. He was ordered by his CIA bosses to gain the confidence of the South African President, Salam Namana, and his daughters and revealsensitive information to the CIA. The corrupt men in the Executive Branch of the American government and the CIA were unhappy with his reluctance to betray the friendship of the South African President, who trusted Matt completely.
