Modern physics

Modern physics is the post-Newtonian concept of physics. The term refers to any branch of physics developed in early 20th century and on-wards. Modern physics mainly involves tough conditions. Modern physics is a branch of physics in which matter and energy are not separate (as in classical physics), but instead are alternate forms of one another. This branch is based primarily on Albert Einstein's theory of relativity and Max Planck's quantum theory.

Modern physics is divided into a variety of different areas of study, including Electron Microscopy, Electron Theory, Atomic Physics, Molecular Physics, Mathematical Physics, Electric Power Systems, and Solid State Physics. The book will also be useful for the students taking various competitive examinations.
