Introduction

This volume LNCS 12429 constitutes the papers of the 11th International Conference on Electronic Government and the Information Systems Perspective, EGOVIS 20221, held in Vienna, Austria, in August 2022. The 11 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 16 submissions and focus on information systems and ICT aspects of e-government.
