A Dream and a Prayer (One Mans Journey)

is the refreshing of my spirit through prayer and meditation. I am alone and lost in a cold dark world with no place to turn except to the author and finisher of life itself. I am seeking relief and comfort while trying to open my heart to a new life of perfect love through Jesus Christ. These poems are the beginning of a once lost hope for a bright future. I am exploring myself and the means to change the tattered and torn wretch of a man that I had become. I can only hope that my life experiences, strengths, weakness, successes, and failures help others to reach out and take hold of their lost dreams and make them into a reality.
